The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office satisfied the petition of the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan to extradite citizens of Azerbaijan Logman Mutallimov and Ruslan Ibrahimzade, the department reports.
Logman Mutallimov was put on the wanted by the police department of the city of Shirvan in a criminal case of robbery by a group of persons, and Ruslan Ibrahimzade was suspected of committing repeated fraud with causing significant damage and a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen.
both persons were identified and detained in the territory of the Russian Federation.
On Thursday, September 1, Logman Mutallimov and Ruslan Ibrahimzade, accompanied by a special convoy of the penitentiary service of the Ministry of Justice, were delivered from Russia to Azerbaijan.
