The term of temporary stay of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation will reduce if they are evasion from mandatory finals, photographing and medical examination. This follows from the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
“The term of temporary stay of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation is reduced if a foreign citizen evades the passage of mandatory state dactylocopic registration, photographing and (or) medical examination for the presence or absence of the fact of drinking drugs and psychotropic substances without the appointment of a doctor,” – Specifies in the document.
In addition, the period of residence of migrants will be reduced by identifying dangerous infectious diseases and HIV infections or according to the results of medical examination, the fact of drug use is established. The basis for such a decision can be the prohibition of entry into the Russian Federation, the undesirableness of staying or canceling the work permit or a patent of a foreign citizen, as well as termination of learning.
The decision to reduce the time stays should be made no later than three working days from the date of establishing at least one of these facts. An foreign citizen of this information, as well as information about the need to come to the migration division, is brought over one working day. You can do it both by phone and via the Internet or mail. “Simultaneously to a foreign citizen, information about the obligation to leave the Russian Federation within three days from the date of the decision to reduce the term of temporary stay and on the consequences of the failure of this obligation,” the order is noted.
