“Russia will not initiate an international investigation into the events in Ukraine, including evidence of the mass killings of the peaceful residents of the city of Bucha.” This was stated by Director of the Department of International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Peter Ilyichev.
According to him, Moscow doubts the impact of the investigation in these issues.
“So far, this topic has not been raised. We must look at what the investigation can be who will lead it. Unfortunately, the experience of previous investigations shows an exceptionally biased position,” – quotes his RIA Novosti.
Previously, the spokesman for Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that Russia rejects accusations of involvement in the murders of the civilians of Buchi and stands for the discussion of events in Bucha “at the highest possible” – in the UN Security Council, and Vladimir Putin called murders in Bucha “Provocation” and “Fake”.
