The Russian air defense forces shot down the Ukrainian drone on the approach to Belgorod. This was announced by the Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov.
“Our Air Defense System worked over the Belgorod and the Belgorod District – the UAV is shot down on the city’s approach. Operational services clarify information about the consequences on Earth,” Gladkov wrote in his Telegram channel.
In turn, the Russian military department reported to suppress the next attempt by Kyiv to attack the Aircraft Type BPP on objects in the Russian Federation.
The department noted that the incident took place about 14.15 Moscow time. “The unmanned aerial vehicle was destroyed over the territory of the Belgorod region,” the Ministry of Defense said.

In addition, the Governor of the Belgorod Region reported a wound of six people upon shelling from the territory of Ukraine.
“Information on the morning shelling of the village of Urazovo was clarified. As a result of a hit by cassette ammunition, six civilians received fragmentation wounds. One victim is in extremely serious condition – the man has fragmentation wounds of the lumbar region, the internal bodies were damaged,” Gladkov wrote in his Telegram -channel.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported the destruction of the Ukrainian drone over the territory of the Istrinsky district of the Moscow Region.
The department noted that the unmanned aerial vehicle was destroyed by the air defense systems at about 03:00 Moscow time
The Air Defense of the Russian Federation also destroyed the Ukrainian drone over the territory of the Shebekinsky district of the Belgorod region, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation said.
Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced the destruction of the drone by air defense systems on the approach to Moscow in the Istra district.
