Russia does not threaten the use of nuclear weapons, but “warns the third countries about the risks of interference in the war in Ukraine that can lead to a clash,” said the deputy head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergei Ryabkov.
He recalled that “cases of the use of nuclear weapons are listed in the foundations of stateliquity of the Russian Federation in the field of nuclear deterrence.”
The diplomat assured that the interests of Moscow do not include an open confrontation with the USA and NATO.
