The Government of the Russian Federation approved the list of states committing unfriendly actions against Russia, it included the United States and the Czech Republic. The appropriate order is published on the official Internet portal of legal information, RIA Novosti reports.
As noted in the document, now they will be subject to the provisions of the Presidential Decree of April 23, 2021 No. 243 “On the application of impact measures (counteraction) on unfriendly actions of foreign states.”
Also, the authorities have also approved the number of physicals located in Russia, with which state institutions and diplomatic missions of these countries will be able to enter into employment contracts and other civil law documents, on the basis of which labor relations arise.
For the Czech Republic, this number will be 19 people, for the USA – zero.
The action of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation does not concern citizens of unfriendly states that work in diplomatic institutions. It also does not apply to employment in a business structure.
