Russia Struck Port Of Odessa: 4 Syrian Sailors Died

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrei Sibiga said that the Russian military delivered a missile strike on a civil vessel who transported wheat from the Odessa port to Algeria.

In a written statement on the social network, the minister noted that the Russian army inflicted a missile blow to the port in Odessa (Ukraine).

Affirming that the purpose of the attack was a civilian ship transporting wheat to Algeria, he wrote:

“Russia struck a civil vessel who transported wheat to Algeria, to the port of Odessa. We express condolences to the families of Syrian citizens who died as a result of an attack. This is an attack on global food security and sailing security. It shows how close the war came to Algeria, Syria and other countries.”

According to Ukrainian media, in the evening of March 11, 4 foreign crew member were killed as a result of the bombing of Odessa.
