The Russian Ministry of Defense has the details of the operations planned by Ukrainians with an undermining of a “dirty” radioactive bomb and the charge of this Russian troops. This was stated by the head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection of the RF Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, Russian media write.
According to him, two Ukrainian organizations already have specific instructions for creating a “dirty bomb”, and these works are at the final stage. For its creation in Ukraine, three active nuclear power plants (South Ukrainian, Khmelnitskaya and Rovnenskaya), as well as disabled, Chernobyl nuclear power plants with radioactive waste storages can be used. For the inside of the projectile, radioactive waste from nuclear power plants can be used.
If the bomb explodes, this will inevitably lead to a radioactive infection of the area on an area of up to several thousand square meters, and emissions will affect the whole of Europe. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the explosion of the “dirty bomb” Ukraine expects to intimidate the local population, increase the flow of refugees in Europe and put Russia as a nuclear terrorist.
Kyiv himself, allegedly, wants to blame Russia of applying a dangerous projectile. In addition, the Russian defense department has information about the contacts of the office of Vladimir Zelensky with representatives of Great Britain on the issue of obtaining a technology for creating nuclear weapons.
