It is mistaken that Ukraine can win in the war, said the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the UK Andrei Kelin, Russian media reported.
According to the diplomat, the opinion that Ukraine can win the battle of erroneous, and is also an absolute strategic miscalculation. “The potential that Russia and Ukraine has is incomparable. Currently, Ukraine is an almost failed state,” Kelin believes.
In his opinion, Ukraine can currently exist only thanks to the donations and weapons of the West.
