Russian bank will receive SWIFT transfers only from Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Armenia

Since October 12, the Russian Bank Tinkoff limits the incoming SWIFT transfers in dollars and the euro on the bank account of three countries (Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Armenia), the bank said.

It is noted that, in addition to the details of the account in Tinkoff, the senders will now need to know the details of the corresponding bank. In Azerbaijan, this function is performed by the International Bank of Azerbaijan.
