A detachment of the ships of the Pacific Fleet (Pacific Fleet) as part of the “Glutky” and “sharp” corvettes will take part in the joint naval teaching of the Russian Navy and the Navy of the People’s Liberation Army of China (PLA) “Marine Interaction-2024”. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
The sailors of the two countries will work out the tasks of saving the sea, conduct joint exercises for air defense and anti -submarine exercises with the involvement of naval anti -submarine aviation of the PLA.
On the eve of a detachment of ships of the Pacific Fleet arrived at the Chinese port Zhangjiang.
“The practical phase of the exercise will be held from July 15 to July 17. The crews of the Ships of the Russian Navy and the Navy will conduct joint exercises for the air defense, anti -submarine exercises involving the NOKA marine anti -submarine aviation. Also, the sailors of the two countries will work out the tasks of saving at sea,” the reports said in the Russian department.
