Russian Foreign Ministry Said “impossible” Transfer Of Control Over ZAES To Another Country

The transfer of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant under the control of Ukraine or third countries is impossible, as well as its joint operation. This is stated in the statement of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

“The return of the station to the Russian nuclear industry is a failed fact that the international community remains to be recognized. The transfer of ZAES or control over it to Ukraine or other states,” the report said.

The Russian Foreign Policy Department also called any forms of joint management of the station with other countries “unacceptable”.

“An important aspect is that the close cooperation of the impressive sabotage potential of the intelligence of NATO countries with Ukraine makes even temporary admission of representatives of these states at the ZAES,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
