In the Rube Russian shell fell into a high-rise building – the three dead, two of them – children, said the head of the Lugansk regional administration Sergey Gaidai in Telegram.
“The tragedy occurred in the evening when the Army of Russia strengthened the shelling. At about 20:00, the enemy hit the high-rise building in the frontier. The shell burst into the fifth floor,” he said.
At the same time, it is noted that an enterprise and an educational institution in the Obrozhnaya caught fire from the evening shelling, the rescuers continued to extinguish the flame at the oil refinery in Lisichansk. The fire appeared in five residential buildings in a silica and three in the frontier.
