The former President of Georgia and the leader of the Large National Movement of the Large Saakashvili United National Movement in the country, serving a six-year period of imprisonment under the verdict of the Tbilisi Court, published a statement about the latest events at the border room of the Upper Lars Kazbegi and the flight of Russian draft Russians. This is reported by Radio Liberty.
According to Saakashvili, “the mass outcome of Russian conscripts to Georgia creates a great demographic danger to this small country.” On the other hand, he “is not ready to condemn the decision of the Georgian authorities to miss them, since the more these men in Georgia, the fewer Ukrainians will die.”
Saakashvili called on the Georgian civil society “to remind all the time to the newcomers that they are the invaders” and “hard to monitor so that they would not buy Georgian passports” to deprive them of the possibility of interference in the domestic policy of Georgia.
