The introduction of the Labor and Employment subsystem (əmas) provides for a number of changes in the field of regulation of labor relations and electronizing the documentation system used in this area. The subsystem has formed a single platform for labor relations for all employers and workers and formed a new mechanism for supporting all labor market participants.
Such an opinion was expressed by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the population Sakhil Babaev at a meeting on this topic. At the meeting, discussions were held to expand the functionality of əmas, the creation of new departments and improve its activities.
It was also stated that work is underway in the direction of improving the regulatory framework in the field of labor relations. These steps are aimed both at ensuring the labor rights of employees and to support employers in the process of implementing the provisions of the law.
