By the decision of the Sabail district court, the arrest of the former Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Azerbaijan Salim Muslimova was extended for three months.
According to Haqqin.az, the submission of the investigative authority on the extension of the arrest of the ex-minister was considered in court. The court’s decision of the arrest of S. Muslimov extended for three months.
Salim Muslimov was charged under articles 308.2 (abuse of authority, entailed grave consequences), 311.3.2 and 311.3.3 (repeated receipt of bribes in large amounts), a court decision against the ex-minister was elected to prevent in the form of arrest.
