Moldova President Maya Sandu announced at a briefing about the danger of destabilization in the country and urged parliament to provide additional powers to special services.
“attacks on Moldova are preparing,” she said.
According to Sandu, “plans for the coming period suggest actions involving saboteurs with military training, which will attack some state buildings by capturing hostages.”
“The so -called opposition wants to change power in Chisinau. The parliament should accept projects as soon as possible, which will give the information and security service and the prosecutor’s office the opportunity to deal with the risks for the security of the country,” the head of state said.
According to Sandu, the goal of “sabotage is to overthrow the constitutional system in order to transfer the country to the disposal of Russia.”
