Armenian President Armen Sarkissian returned to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan his petition to appoint Lieutenant General Artak Davtyan as head of the General Staff. This was reported on Wednesday by the press service of the Armenian president.
It is noted that Sargsyan returned the document with his objections to the government.
