Saudi Arabia announced the discovery of new oil and natural gas deposits in the Sharkia and Rub-El Khali regions. This was reported by the Saudi news agency SPA with reference to the statement of the Minister of Energy of Saudi Arabia Abdul – Aziza Ben Salman.
The National Oil Company Saudi Aramco discovered two non-traditional oil deposits in the Sharkia region, as well as two natural gas deposits in the Rub-el-Khali region, ”the minister said.
Daily oil production of Saudi Arabia, the world’s largest exporter of this hydrocarbon, is about 10 million barrels, exports – about 7 million barrels per day.
