Saudi Arabia Will Direct More Than 400 Tons Of Humans To Tajikistan

The Center for Assistance and Humanitarian Support of King Salman will assist 35 thousand people in Tajikistan, sending 490 tons of humans to the country on the eve of the Holy holiday of Ramadan.

Saudi Arabian Ambassador to Tajikistan Valid Ibn Abdurakhman Ar-Rashaidan informed at a meeting with the Red Crescent Society about plans to distribute food sets, Avesta reports.

The ambassador noted that in 2025 7120 sets will be transferred with a total value of 400 thousand dollars, while their total weight will exceed 490 tons.

A humanitarian basket weighing 69.5 kg includes flour, vegetable oil, sugar, legumes and other essential products that meet international quality standards. Kits are designed to provide families of 5 people for one month.

The Kingdom Help Center began its activities in Tajikistan in 2015. During this time, many humanitarian initiatives were recorded in areas such as food security, housing, healthcare. The total amount of financing reached $ 16.1 million.
