In the Baku Court of Grave Crimes, a hearing was held in the criminal case of a businessman Maxoud Makhmudov, detained in Ukraine and extradited to Azerbaijan.
According to the correspondent HAQQın.az, the testimony in court gave the victim Makhir Aliyev. He said that Mahmudov sold him an object on Inhilab Street: “Maxud sold an object for 310 thousand dollars. Aslan Gahramanov (victim in a criminal case – ed.) He said that the object belongs to him and Maxud sells it. After three months I was told that Maxud wants to submit on us to court and return the object. Then I demanded my money from him. He promised to return them. He never returned the money, and the object remained from us. And his wife filed a court. “
Ilham Huseynov, interrogated during the meeting, said that he worked as a jeweler and that Makhmudov bought their gold from them: “At one time he stopped doing it. We were told that Maxud went bankrupt. Then he brought us a” tree of life “and vases -Suveniors and laid. Then some people came and said that all this belongs to them. But they did not pay and left with empty hands. After May 2019, Maksud did not pay us a single manat of interest. We were waiting for two years. And Then he came Medina and paid. “
Madina Israfilova, who worked in the pawnshop of the accused, stated in court, which still pays the debts of Makhmudov: “I still pay for him. I have a loan in a bank for 70 thousand manat. Maksud blackmail me.”
At the end of the meeting, Maksud Mahmudov turned to the victims: “I have no money to give you. Take what they give. I will share everything, so divide my property. And I’ll go serving the punishment.”
