Turtles underwent treatment as part of the joint program of the Center for Research, Salvation and Rehabilitation of Sea Turtles (Dekamer) and the Main Directorate for the Protection of Natural Resources of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Change of Climate Turkey.

In particular, 3 Karetta and 5 green sea turtles were treated. Among them are 70-year-old green sea turtle Seljan Sultan, who first laid eggs on the beach of the Testuz.
