Arriving at the ATTA Convention Centre in Riga on Tuesday (30 November 2021), Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg outlined the agenda before NATO Foreign Ministers meeting in the Latvian capital. He highlighted three issues in particular: the situation in and around Ukraine, Belarus, and lessons learned from NATO’s engagement in Afghanistan.
