The Secretary General of the Council of Europe Marija Pejčinović Burić wrote to the High Commissioner for Human Rights of the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova on 29 March 2021 about the situation of Aleksey Navalny (see letter). The Russian Federation’s Human Rights Commissioner replied on 16 April 2021 (see letter).
