Today, the next meeting of the Presidium of the Board of Lawyers in the format of video conferencing took place. According to HaqQin.az in the board, at the meeting, the Chairman of the Collegium, Anar Bagirov, spoke about the current activities of the Office, to strengthen the material and technical base of lawyers in order to improve the activities of lawyers.
At the meeting, it was also decided to guide the principle of humanism, on the eve of the holiday of Ramazan, refusing lawsuits to the court on the exclusion of the members of the board of lawyers, to resume the law activities of JaVadovaya, Shahul Gumbatova and Tyurkel Suleimanova.
Recall, the lawyer activity of Shahl Gumbatova was suspended in 2019 due to the fact that it submitted to the court a fabricated proof. In addition, Gumbatova did not pay membership fees in the lawyer’s collegium. Also, on the basis of a complaint received from a citizen, an appeal to the court was made due to the violation of Humbate Law.
