Armenia is connected by the concepts of extraterritoriality and transport corridor, although they are not related to each other, said Shahin Mustafaev, deputy prime minister of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
He recalled that the transport corridor is a transport route passing through the territories of several countries that conduct coordinated transport, customs and other policy in order to reduce the costs and time of passing to encourage transportation, and this is well known in Armenia.
Regarding the statements of the Armenian side that the Zangesur corridor allegedly infringes on the sovereignty of Armenia, the Deputy Prime Minister recalled that the control of the transport message in Armenia is carried out by the Border Service of the FSB of Russia.
“How much this fact infringes on the sovereignty, the question of the government of Armenia,” he said.
Mustafaev also commented on the decision of the Armenia Government of 3 gearboxes on the border with Azerbaijan, calling them an imitation of the fulfillment of his obligations on a tripartite statement of November 10, 2020.
“Because, firstly, according to the results of monitoring, the roads emanating from these points, in terms of relief and climatic conditions, are not suitable for transport communication with Nakhchivan and even more so for international transit transportation, which is one of the goals, which is one of the goals Unlocks.
