President Recep Tayyip Erdogan presented to the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev State Order of Turkey.
The presentation ceremony of the State Order took place in the presidential complex in Ankara.
President Erdogan noted that Uzbekistan after the election of Mirziyoyev by the president in 2016 turned into a source of peace and stability in his region.
According to him, Shavkat Mirziyoyev ensured the development of his country thanks to the new projects of the 3rd Renaissance of Uzbekistan and progressive reforms, which Turkey sincerely supports.
Turkish president further said: “We are glad to see that the President of Uzbekistan returned Uzbekistan, which is a great state, its glory. Turkey is proud of the achievements of Uzbekistan in all areas.”
