President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko reported by the general director of the Belarusian potash company Elena Kudryavets during a meeting on countering sanctions measures, RIA Novosti reports.
“Crane to counter the sanctions I like, so we must work,” said the President of Belarus, saying that the government was not inclined to dramatize the situation on the impact of foreign restrictions on the economy.
Lukashenko added that the country is not first faced with the sanctions, and then interrupted his speech, contacting one of the participants of the meeting: “Elena looked and thought:” Well, what are they doing there with puzzles in the government? We are so hard that there is nowhere. “Or do I misunderstood your eyes?” – Lukashenko addressed to Kudryavets.
Note that the relations of Belarus with the countries of the West sharply deteriorated after the presidential election of 2020, when the European Union, United Kingdom, USA, Canada and a number of other countries stages began to introduce sanctions against officials of this country, as well as enterprises, accusing Minsk in violations in selection and human rights violation.
