Ships Of Russian Federation And China Have Worked Out Anti-submarine Tasks In Asia-Pacific Region

The ships of Russia and China worked out the tasks of countering submarines as part of joint patrols in the Asia-Pacific region. This is stated in the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on Tuesday, October 8.

Warships of the Russian Navy and the Chinese Navy worked out anti-submarine tasks in the northwestern part of the Pacific Ocean.

“A tactical group of warships carried out maneuvering and building a camp order in order to organize anti -submarine defense. To search for a submarine of a conditional enemy, the KA -27L anti -submarine helicopter was involved,” the message said.

The tactical group from the Russian side involves large anti -submarine ships Admiral Panteleev and Admiral Tributs of the Pacific Fleet. From the naval forces of the People’s Liberation Army of China, the destroyers “Sinin” and “Strengthen”, the Frigate “Lin and”, as well as the Taichu, Frigate, are involved in patrol.

It is noted that the warships of the Russian Navy and the Chinese Navy began joint patrols in the Asia-Pacific region after participating in the naval teaching “Baibu/Interaction-2024”.
