In the Prosecutor’s Office of the Shirvan region, an investigation was conducted on the appeal of a citizen Ibrahimazhmadov Hamidov to sell him a brother of a land plot and a house inherited from his mother, another person on the basis of fake documents.
According to Haqqin.az in the department, the investigation established reasonable suspicions that the employees of the Shirvan territorial administration No. 13 of the State Kadastra and the Register of the State Committee on Property Committee obviously introduced false information into official documents, and also committed official forgery through making corrections that distort their actual content to obtain material benefits.
In fact, a criminal case has been instituted under Articles 308.1 (abuse of authority) and 313 (official fraud) of the Criminal Code.
The investigation in the case continues.
