“On September 13, a delegation led by Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation S.K. Shoyu was in Pyongyang. As part of the ongoing strategic dialogue, an objective exchange of views with Korean colleagues on a wide range of two -way and international agenda issues took place between our countries,” – The message says.
The department noted that Shoigu was adopted by the chairman of the state affairs of the DPRK Kim Jong -un.
