Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu announced the readiness of Moscow to build a constructive political dialogue with Kabul. Shoigu said this at a meeting with representatives of the Afghan leadership in Kabul.

This is the topic of returning assets, funds that belong to the Afghans, which, like in many other countries, Libya, Syria, no one is going to return. And in my opinion, the United States should be the main one who should be invested in the restoration of Afghanistan, ”said Shoigu.
