Sholts about deadlines for end of war in Ukraine

German Chancellor Olaf Sholts does not believe that the war in Ukraine will end soon.

He stated this at the Munich Security Conference.

“I think it will be wise to prepare for a long war,” said the head of the Government of Germany in response to the question of whether he shares the opinion of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky that the conflict may be completed in 2023.

Scholz again called on the Allies to help Kyiv as much as it would be necessary.
