Neeshekhir (AA) – within the framework of the Festival “The Cultural Path of Turkey” into the sky of Cappadocia in the province of Nechekhir, figured balloons soared.
In Nevchekhir this year, the second festival “Cultural Path of Turkey”, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey.

The event was attended by 60 balloons from various countries, including Turkey, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Brazil, Great Britain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Spain and Switzerland.
In an interview with Anadol, the Governor of Nevchekhira Ali Fidan said that about 500 events for tourists and local residents were organized as part of the festival.
According to Fidan, Cappadocia is the most important region for balloon flights.
“last year, 615 thousand people took part in balloons. This year we observe even greater growth. Compared to last year, the number of passengers increased by 30 percent. Tours in the balloon, which are the most important type of activity of our region , not only contribute to the popularization of our city, but also make a significant contribution to the development of tourism, ”he added.
The festival will end on Sunday, August 11th.
