Sky Over Cappadocia Was Decorated With Balloons With Flags Of Turkey

on the occasion of the anniversary of the Victory in the Battle of Dumlupinar into the sky over Cappadocia, balloons decorated with Turkish flags soared.

In honor of the holiday, the sky over the popular tourist village of Gorome at dawn decorated balls with Turkish flags posted from baskets.

Tourists soared over the hours over the valleys covered with fabulous “fireplaces” (“peribajalara”) and natural rock formations, observing the sunrise.

Turkey on Friday, August 30 celebrates the 102nd anniversary of Victory in the Battle of Dumlupinar.

Festive events will be held throughout the country, an official part of which will be organized in Ankara.

The attack of the Turkish army under the command of Ataturk, which began on August 26, 1922 and ended on August 30 by the defeat of the intervention troops (great offensive), went into world history as one of the greatest examples of heroism.
