As reported by HAQQin.az, some countries of the European Union have already concerned about the acquisition of the Russian vaccine against coronavirus, despite the fact that the European regulator still did not make its conclusion about its application. Denník n writes that, on the basis of test tests, experts are not able to finally describe the effectiveness of the drug, nor the safety of its use, since they do not have the full manufacturer’s documentation. However, according to this portal, it is known that vaccines delivered to Slovakia differ from the vaccines used in other countries. The Slovak Ministry of Health notes that the research continues, and the final assessment of the drug has not yet been delivered. The ministry also intends to refer to the manufacturer for the provision of missing information necessary for making a decision.
By the way, the neighboring Czech Republic is going to vaccinate its population by the Russian drug, without expecting the decision of the European Medicine Agency.
