The Platform of Social Networks X On Wednesday published its first report on transparency from the moment the company acquisition by American businessman Ilon Mask.
The document follows that in the first half of the year, millions of messages and accounts were blocked on the platform.
Blocking accounts on social networks increased by more than 3 times compared to the previous period.
In the first half of 2022, 1.6 million accounts were blocked, and the same period of 2024 this figure increased to 5.3 million
According to the report, from January to June of this year, more than 10.6 million posts were removed for the “violation of the rules”.
