Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the propagandist Vladimir Solovyov the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland” of the IV degree. This was announced by Solovyov himself in his telegram channel, posting a copy of the decree of the head of the Russian Sovereign.
“For great merits in the formation of a positive image of Russia and active participation in socially significant events,” the decree says.
