Recall that earlier, July 11, the Krasnodar Regional Court suspended the ban on oil transshipment by the Caspian pipeline consortium, replaced a ban on a fine of 200 thousand rubles. By the decision of the Primorsky District Court of Novorossiysk dated July 6, 2022, the KTK was to suspend the activities of the sea terminal for 30 days to eliminate the violations identified by the Rostransnadzor.
