The 15-year-old son of an Azerbaijani businessman living in Turkey was seriously injured due to an oversight of a teacher in a private school where he studied. The businessman filed a lawsuit with a lawsuit with material and moral compensation and complained to law enforcement agencies.
According to Haqqin.az with reference to the Turkish media, the businessman’s son received a serious injury in a sports lesson. As a result of the inattention of the teacher, a basketball basket fell on the child’s head. The wounded child was taken to the hospital. The businessman, who was at the time of the incident abroad, immediately returned to Turkey and complained to law enforcement agencies to the school administration. In addition, a lawsuit against compensation was filed against the school – 580 thousand liras and 79 thousand pounds of material compensation.
