Sons did not share apartment of ex-minister Iskander Hamidov and let her in from hammer

The sons of the former Minister of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan Iskander Gamidov could not divide their father’s apartment and put it on an auction.

According to Qafqazinfo, the youngest son of the ex-minister Nofel Hamidov sued his older brother Majest for not having received a share from his father’s inheritance.

The Sabail District Court recognized the complaint as legitimate. Ultimately, it was decided to put an apartment for auction.

By the way, Iskander Hamidov’s apartment in the Sabail district of Baku was previously estimated at 350 thousand manat.

Note that I. Gamidov served as head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan from May 1992 to April 1993. The ex-minister died in 2020 at the age of 71.
