The Spanish government is going to send 6 Leopard 6 tanks to Ukraine.
This was stated by the Minister of Defense of the Kingdom of Margarita Robblez, speaking in the congress of deputies (lower house of parliament).
According to her, Spain “has a Leopard 2A4 vehicle, some of them were in Saragos and were not used”.
“We are currently repairing 6 Leopard cars with the ability to repair more if necessary,” the head of the department said.
Earlier, the head of the department reported that the Ukrainian military will be trained in Spain with these combat vehicles.
