Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Education and Partner of the Azercell Telekom National Olympic Olympic Telekom LLC announce the start of the Azercell Cup contest on computer science and programming. Competition, to participate in which students of 5-7 grades are invited, timed to the 25th anniversary of the activities of the leading mobile operator.
Registration to the competition takes place from 10 to 20 June on the site https://www.olimpiada.edu.az/. The first round of the competition, which will be held in two stages, will be held on June 27 in online.
Conducting the final tour is scheduled to begin a new school year. Winners will receive an invitation to participate in the preparatory classes to international competitions.
The main goal of the competition is to support and contribute to the personal and scientific development of schoolchildren interested in digital technologies, computer science, computer engineering and programming.
Recall, since 2017, preparations for international informatics competitions are carried out with the support of Azercell Telekom LLC. During this time, students from the regions of Azerbaijan and Baku schools have gained a total of 25 medals at various programming competitions among different age categories.
