State Committee supports employment of women-leders

The State Committee for Refugees and Forced Migrants of Azerbaijan, together with the Office of the Supreme Commissioner of the UN for refugees, organizes various trainings, round tables and regular meetings to support the employment of female resettlements.

, in the framework of this cooperation, joint projects are also implemented to increase the activity of forced women in the Bardinsky district. The purpose of the project is to “increase the participation of internally displaced women in the social, economic and cultural spheres.” Within its framework, projects are being implemented to support the development and education of women-lifted immigrants in the field of employment, increasing their knowledge and skills, encouraging them in social, economic and cultural life.

The pilot project implemented will cover 40 women living in villages for forced immigrants in the Bardinsky district, where 588 and 866 families live, as well as in the village of Alachadyrly.
