US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken accused Moscow of recognizing the annexation of the Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions with his demands to resolve the conflict by negotiations.
“The requirements of the Russian Federation for Ukraine to recognize new territorial realities are unacceptable and do not allow to establish the negotiation process,” said Blinken.
