Ukraine itself will determine what to consider a victory in the war. The United States will not dictate the conditions and will continue to support Ukraine as much as it takes, in an interview with RBC-Ukraine, assistant to US Secretary of State Karen Donfried said.
“We want Ukraine to win. You know, the question often arises, what does victory mean. And I do not think that we, the Americans, say what the victory means. This is your war. This is the war of Ukraine. We are here to be here to be here to Help you, ”Donfried said.
The diplomat emphasized that the American side continues to work closely and help Ukraine.
