State service warned employers: minimum salary from January 1 – 300 manat

Article 192.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses provides for the imposition of a fine on officials in the amount of from a thousand to a thousand five hundred manat for issuing employee wages below the minimum wage.

In case of detection of the fact of issuing wages below the minimum wage, in accordance with Article 127-4.1 of the Code, production will be launched in the case of an administrative offense in real time without the participation of the person who committed an administrative offense.
