“Freedom of assembly and prohibition of discrimination are fundamental freedoms enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights. As Council of Europe Presidency, Ireland recognizes LGBTQI rights as human rights and encourages Serbia to support and facilitate a peaceful and secure Europride.”
