NATO will not dictate to Ukraine what conditions to agree in negotiations with Russia, the Secretary General of the organization Jens Stoltenberg said in Washington according to the results of negotiations with US President Joe Bayden.
“I believe and trust the political leadership in Ukraine, they must make these complex decisions. We must not decide or have a decisive opinion on what Ukrainians should accept and what not. We must help them exercise their right to self -defense” , – quoted Stoltenberg RIA Novosti.
According to the Secretary General, conflicts always end at the negotiating table. “But what is happening at the negotiating table depends very much on the situation on the ground, on the battlefield. We must help Ukrainians so that they achieve a better possible result in this conflict,” he explained his position.
