As Stoltenberg noted, Russia “still has a large amount of manpower”: “Today, Russia fired at the Ukrainian cities, the civilian population, infrastructure. We must be ready to support Ukraine for a long time,” he emphasized.
Stoltenberg noted that Europe is faced with the consequences of this war: “Energy and food prices are growing, our losses are measured by money, but Ukrainians are measured by blood losses. And if we allow President Putin to win, we will pay for this. Authoritarian regimes will be consider that with the help of strength they can achieve everything.
